Compatible Substrates
-
Acrylic sheets, PET, PVC paper, PVC film
-
Density board, foam board, etc.
Product Features & Description
-
Excellent Wetting & High Initial Tack
Good flow properties allow rapid substrate wetting and strong initial bond strength. -
Superior Leveling
Smooth adhesive layer after application, ideal for high-gloss surface lamination without orange peel or ripple defects. -
High Strength & Wide Operating Temperature Range
Provides strong bonding after curing. Recommended for use in ambient temperatures of 20–45°C, especially suitable for summer/high-temperature environments. -
Important Notes
-
Limited Low-Temperature Performance: Bonding performance decreases below 20°C; avoid use in cold conditions.
-
Material Compatibility Requirements: Process parameters may need adjustment based on specific substrates.
-
Typical Applications
-
High-gloss film/paper to board lamination (e.g., furniture surfaces, decorative panels)
-
Surface decoration lamination for electronics
-
Packaging material composites
-
Other flat lamination processes requiring high surface gloss and initial tack
Application Guidelines
-
Temperature Control: Maintain melt temperature around 130°C for stable viscosity.
-
Environmental Conditions: Recommended ambient temperature: 20–45°C; relative humidity ≤65%.
-
Substrate Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and contaminants.
-
Pressing Time: Complete lamination within open time and apply 0.3–0.6 MPa pressure for 10–30 seconds.
Packaging & Storage
-
Packaging Form: Pellets (common), rolls, or blocks.
