-
Acrylic sheets, PET, PVC paper, PVC film
-
Aluminum skin / density board, foam board, wood-plastic, stone-plastic
-
Slab stone, calcium silicate board, aluminum board, etc.
Product Features & Description
-
General-Purpose Flat Lamination Adhesive
Specially formulated for building material substrates such as slab stone, magnesium oxide board, and calcium silicate board, with strong bonding adaptability. -
Broad Temperature Range for Application
Recommended for use in ambient temperatures of 0–35°C or 30–45°C. No heating room required for low-temperature environments, reducing energy and equipment costs. -
Moderate Open Time
6–10 minutes open time allows for easy handling in large-area or complex-shaped lamination. -
Important Notes
-
Lower Material Yield: Material utilization may be relatively low in practice; planning is advised.
-
Specific Formulation: Optimized for particular substrates (e.g., slab stone, calcium silicate board). Testing is recommended for unconventional materials.
-
Typical Applications
-
Flat lamination of slab stone, magnesium oxide board, or calcium silicate board with decorative films/papers
-
Lamination of aluminum boards, wood-plastic, stone-plastic, and other decorative composite materials
-
Film laminating for architectural interior panels and furniture surface panels
Application Guidelines
-
Temperature Control: Maintain melt temperature around 130°C for consistent viscosity.
-
Environmental Adaptability: Can be applied in 0–35°C (normal to low temperature) or 30–45°C (high temperature) environments. No additional heating is needed in low temperatures.
-
Substrate Preparation: Ensure surfaces are flat, clean, and free from oil or contamination. Porous substrates should be pre-sealed.
-
Application & Lamination: Complete lamination within the first half of the open time and apply even pressure (approx. 0.4–0.8 MPa).
Packaging & Storage
-
Packaging Form: Typically supplied as pellets; also available in rolls or blocks upon request.
-
Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Avoid moisture exposure. Recommended storage temperature: 10–30°C.
-
Shelf Life: 12 months in original unopened packaging.
